Las primeras experiencias fueron de los más osados que, sin convocatoria oficial, cuando el torbellino cedió, desentrañaron las tristezas de las zonas afectadas.

La iniciativa se repite día a día en cada rincón del país, sin embargo, ahora se incluyen propósitos más ambiciosos con la constitución de una Brigada Artística Nacional que, presta a llegar a todas las provincias del país, desandará el territorio avileño del 22 al 26 del presente mes.
